Ms. Arianna Debono
Physiotherapist
Arianna Debono qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2017 from University of Malta. She was able to incorporate her dance background into the Pilates world. She completed the APPI Matwork program in 2018 and has been teaching ever since. All levels are welcome, and no class is ever the same.
She is specialized in the palliative care setting, and has been a hospice physiotherapist for five years.Read more -
Ms. Juanita Vella Grech
Physiotherapist
Juanita is a physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal and sports injuries. She graduated from University of Malta in 2015 and also obtained a Master's Degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine from University College London.
Juanita has a passion for sports and has spent more than eight years working for several local football clubs. She has a wide range of experience in treating various injuries and focuses on treating the cause of the injury rather than just the symptoms. She is passionate about getting you back to where you want to be, whether your focus is returning to work, sport or activity following surgery or injury.
Juanita is a member of the Malta Association of Physiotherapists (MAP) and the Council for Professionals Complementary to Medicine (CPCM).Read more -

Sarah Jane Schembri is a dedicated physiotherapist with a B.Sc. in physiotherapy from the University of Malta, graduating with honours in 2015. In 2020, she earned a Master's degree in Orthopaedic Trauma Science from Queen Mary University of London, achieving a distinction. Her passion lies in Orthopaedic trauma, sports injuries, and injury prevention. Sarah Jane has cultivated her expertise through work in both the government healthcare system and private practice. Beyond her profession, she is an avid traveller and culture enthusiast, constantly exploring new destinations. She also enjoys experimenting with cooking and savouring diverse cuisines, making every day a flavourful adventure.Read more
